We have started licensing and collaboration via patent/know how on areas below. We meet with key persons from dairy and food industry where conditions are based on exclusivity.

India

ColoPlus AB negotiated collaboration with Parag Food Ltd, MUMBAI, including know how and clinical results. We visited Parag plant and details of production, quality and economy were discussed.

Parag purchased ColoPlus Indian patent by Agreement July 2018.

Preparing for negotiation with selected dairy/food processor. Exclusive License will be negotiated for production/distribution in southern Africa.

A letter of intent and NDA was signed with leading marketing group in UAE for exclusive distribution in the area, ME and Northern Africa.

Negotiation will start shortly when representatives from UAE visit Sweden
